Late Check-out
Late check-out fees are as follows:
From 11:00 to 13:00 — €20
From 14:00 to 15:00 — €40
After 15:00, a full nightly rate will apply.
Please contact Reception for late check-out requests. Approval is subject to availability and additional fees apply.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 10:00 in our breakfast hall. Start your day with our carefully curated selection of fresh products.
Housekeeping
Your room is serviced daily. In line with our environmental sustainability policy, towels are changed daily, while bed linens are changed every two days. For any additional cleaning requests or immediate linen changes, please notify Reception.
Wi-Fi
High-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel premises.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. A fine of €100 will be applied in case of violation. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas.
Mini Bar
Mini-bar items are subject to additional charges. Please refer to the price list provided in your room.
Visitors
For security reasons, only guests registered at Reception are allowed in the rooms. Please notify Reception in advance if you wish to receive a visitor. Thank you for your cooperation.
Pets
While we love animals, pets are not permitted on the hotel premises.
Quiet Hours
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please respect the quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00.
SPA & Pool Rules
SPA hours: 12:00 – 22:00. This service is subject to an extra fee and requires prior reservation (at least 30 minutes in advance).
Children under 14 are not allowed in the pool area unattended. Diving, running or hazardous behaviour is strictly prohibited. Glass objects are not allowed in the pool area.
Liability Disclaimer
The hotel is not liable for loss of valuables left outside the room safe or unattended. Furthermore, we assume no responsibility for injuries or accidents caused by negligence or failure to follow safety rules in the building or parking areas.

Reservations & Deposit
Bookings are confirmed with a 50% deposit of the total stay; the remaining balance is payable at check-in. Guests must be 18 or older to make a reservation. We accept bank transfers in Euro (EUR) and Albanian Lek (ALL), major cards (Visa · Mastercard · Maestro) and cash. On booking you will receive a confirmation number — please keep it for reference.
Cancellation & No-Show
Reservations must be cancelled at least 14 days before the arrival date (hotel time) to avoid a cancellation fee. The hotel is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, personal emergencies or schedule changes. After check-in, please notify the Front Desk 72 hours in advance if you wish to shorten your stay.
Check-In Requirements
Check-in is from 15:00; early check-in is subject to availability — contact the Front Desk before arrival. Guests must be at least 18 years old and present a valid government-issued photo ID. A payment method in the registered guest's name is required. The guest making the reservation must provide full name, address and phone number; all guests staying in the room must be registered, and guests with vehicles should provide their licence plate number.
Rates & Pricing
All rates are quoted in Euro (EUR). Rates are subject to change without prior notice; promotional rates are subject to availability. Rates are based on room type and standard occupancy. A city tax of €3.5 per person per night is not included in the room rate and is payable locally on arrival.
Cribs & Extra Beds
A limited number of baby cribs are available on request, first come, first served — one per room, and for safety no pillows are provided. An extra bed is available for €20 per night.
Maximum Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is as listed for each room type. Children aged 3 and under stay free of charge in existing bedding when sharing with paying adults.
Right to Refuse Service
Vila-L Hotel is a privately operated establishment and reserves the right to refuse service or evict, without refund, any guest who fails to comply with our policies or the laws of the Republic of Albania — including non-payment, intoxicated or disruptive behaviour, unlawful use of the premises, damage to property, exceeding room occupancy, or failure to supervise children.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome until 22:00, must announce themselves at the Front Desk and remain accompanied by the registered guest at all times. Visitors may not use guest amenities (breakfast, pool, sauna, Wi-Fi). Visitor breakfast is available for €15 per person. Registered guests are responsible for their visitors' conduct.
Do-Not-Disturb & Room Access
Housekeeping honours a Do-Not-Disturb sign once within a 12-hour period. After that, staff will enter the room to clean and carry out a safety check.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome. Parents and guardians are personally and legally responsible for their children and must supervise them at all times; children may use the pool area only when accompanied and directly supervised by an adult.
Room Keys
Room keys are issued to registered guests only and must be returned to the Front Desk at check-out.
Lost & Found
The hotel assumes no liability for lost, stolen or damaged valuables. Found non-perishable items are logged and stored for 14 days (records are kept for six months); perishables and toiletries are discarded. Items can be returned by courier at the guest's expense.
Damage to Hotel Property
Damage to rooms, furnishings or equipment — including removal of hotel property — is charged at 120% of full replacement value plus any shipping costs. Stains to mattresses, linens or towels requiring special cleaning or replacement will be charged accordingly. Severe damage or theft may result in criminal charges.
Fire Safety
Tampering with smoke detectors, extinguishers or any fire-safety equipment is strictly prohibited and results in liability for all associated costs, immediate eviction and possible legal action.
Force Majeure
Vila-L Hotel is not liable for failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond its reasonable control (war, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, government travel restrictions and similar) under the laws of the Republic of Albania. In such cases no refunds, credits or date changes are issued. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation and interruption.
